Apple Spiced Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds

- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 small apple, diced
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
- Optional: Unsweetened protein powder of choice
Instructions
- Prepare the Chia Pudding: In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, your chosen milk, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to thicken.
- Sauté the Apples: Heat coconut oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the diced apple and sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes. Stir in an extra pinch of cinnamon for flavor.
