Sophia is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified functional medicine practitioner specializing in helping adults understand how to eat and live to support their best mental and physical health and wellbeing.
She has a Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California and studied under the world-renowned biogerontologist and cell biologist Valter Longo, PhD, at the University of Genoa in Italy, gaining advanced training into the role of metabolism, cellular health, and nutrition in long-term well-being.
Sophia has also completed extensive post-graduate training and certification in functional medicine and functional nutrition through the Institute for Functional Medicine. She has supported over a thousand clients with a wide range of health concerns, using an individualized, evidence-informed approach that prioritizes sustainable lifestyle and nutrition strategies, including therapeutic low carb and ketogenic diets.
