For payment I use a secure online platform for billing and payment collection. I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. At this time, I do not accept checks.

I offer in person sessions in my Nashville office, but I also offer virtual sessions for clients across the US.

Yes, I support teens ages 14 and up.

While lab work can be helpful, it is not required to enroll in my program.

I do offer a variety of lab panels, including comprehensive blood work, gut health testing, and hormone panels, when appropriate.

If it’s been a while since you’ve had labs—or if I feel testing would be helpful for your specific goals—I’ll recommend targeted panels after our Initial Call.

Yes—if they’re necessary! I aim to help you meet your nutrient needs through food first, but supplements are often helpful and necessary.

Supplement quality is important and I’m always mindful of cost considerations. To give you access to high-quality options, I partner with a third-party-tested supplement company to offer products at wholesale pricing (typically 20% off retail).

Initial sessions are typically 60 minutes.
Follow-ups are typically 45 minutes.

Everyone responds differently but many clients notice improvements in energy, digestion, body composition, blood sugar, inflammation, cravings, mood, and cycle symptoms within the first 4–8 weeks. Deeper hormonal, digestive, and metabolic shifts can take longer, but you should start feeling meaningful progress early in the process.

I’m always here if you want additional support! Everyone forms habits and sees progress at different speeds, so if you’d like to schedule more frequent sessions or continue beyond the program, we absolutely can. Many clients choose to schedule “maintenance sessions” once their health goals are met—usually 1–2 times per year—to check in and stay on track.
